1 TO 1 IN PERSON COACHING
This is private, face-to-face training, tailored entirely to your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. Unlike a busy gym class or a generic workout plan, I work with you one-on-one to create a fitness journey that’s personal, focused, and sustainable.
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching gives you personalised training and support, without needing to meet in person. You’ll still get a fully customised plan, regular check-ins, and expert guidance — but you can train on your own schedule, in your own gym (or at home), with me keeping you accountable every step of the way.
GROUP COACHING
Group coaching combines the energy of training together with the guidance of a personal coach. You’ll work out alongside others who share similar goals, while I lead the session, keep you motivated, and make sure your technique is on point.
CUSTOM PLANS
A one-off plan gives you a personalised roadmap to follow on your own. I’ll design a tailored workout routine and/or nutrition plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and preferences — no generic PDFs, no cookie-cutter templates.
